Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8 am – 2 pm

1^st through 31^st – registration of students; recruitment of volunteers (teachers,

assistants, hall monitors, parking lot monitors, etc.)

1^st through 31^st – continuing registration of students and recruitment of volunteers

1^st.– regular CCD school year registrations close temporarily; those who register

after will need to wait until after the first class to be placed

3^rd – teachers’ inservice; 4:30 pm (afternoon classes) and 6:30 pm (evening

classes); Early Learning Center; second floor; Luke meeting room

4^th- teachers’ inservice; 5:30 pm; Early Learning Center; second floor;

Luke meeting room

10^th – Wednesday CCD program; Open House; 4:30 pm afternoon and 6:30 pm

evening classes; Church and school

11th - Thursday CCD program; Open House; 5:30 pm evening classes; Church

and school

17^th – First regular Wednesday CCD classes

18^th – First regular Thursday CCD classes

5^th – Little Church; Open House; 10:30 am; Early Learning Center; parent & child

28^th – Parent information meeting #2; First Reconciliation; 12 noon and 6:30 pm in the

Matthew/Mark meeting room; Early Learning Center; second floor

Those older children requiring Baptism, Profession of Faith, First Reconciliation

or First Communion.

November 17^th – Special Sacraments parent meeting; older children requiring

Baptism or Profession of Faith; 12 noon and 6:30 pm; Early Learning

March 10^th – Special Sacraments parent meeting; older children requiring First

Reconciliation/First Eucharist; 12 noon and 6:30 pm; Early Learning
