Latest NewsCCD Registration Information
Registration for the 2011 – 2012 CCD year has begun for new and returning families. Registration information is now available online. Please click on the appropriate icons to the left and follow the posted instructions. You will be able to view the brochure that details an overview of our program, the beginning calendar for the Kindergarten through Level 6 program and the Junior High and Confirmation programs, the CCD registration forms, the student emergency forms and the SchoolReach telephone information form. You can then print off the registration form, the emergency forms (one for each child registering) and the telephone information form, fill them out and return them to the Religious Education Office for processing. The printable forms will be available in a PDF format where you will need Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to download this information. (Directions are on the website to help you with this.) This year we will continue the individual registration format for Confirmation preparation. It will be done separate from the registration for Kindergarten through Junior High CCD classes. If you have a 9th grade child who will be preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in the spring of 2012, please go to our website and follow the instructions for registering in this program. If you are unable to download this information or if you do not have internet capabilities, paper copies of these forms will be available all summer in the gathering space of Church, along with a drop box to receive completed registration forms. Or, you may stop by the Religious Education Office to pick up these forms or drop off completed ones. All new students must include a copy of their baptismal information with their CCD registration. Registration will be done on a first-come, first-served basis for both re-registrations and new registrations. Registration forms for the Confirmation preparation program are due in the Religious Education Office by August 29, 2011. Registration forms for the Kindergarten through Junior High CCD programs are due in the Religious Education Office by August 29, 2011. Registration for the Summer 2012 CCD program is due by October 1, 2011. Limited space is available. SPECIAL NOTE: A child going into first grade this year needs to be enrolled in our program this year before beginning sacramental preparation next year. A child planning to prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation must have completed Levels 7 & 8 (Pre-Confirmation).
