Latest NewsCCD Registration InformationRegistration for the 2008 – 2009 CCD year begins. Please click on the Registration Forms Tab to the left and open and print either the Re-registration or the New Registration documents (plus one Emergency Form for each child registering), fill them out and return them to the Religious Education Office for processing. The forms are PDF files. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to view and print them. If you do not currently have this program, you may download a free copy from the Registration Forms page. You can view the Religious Education brochure by clicking the appropriate grade level tabs. The introductory letters from the program coordinators, and the beginning calendars for the PK – Level 6 section and the Youth Ministry section (Junior High and Confirmation) are available below. If you are unable to download this information or if you do not have internet capabilities, paper copies of these forms will be available all summer in the gathering space of Church, along with a drop box to receive completed registration forms. Or, you may stop by the Religious Education Office to pick up these forms or drop off completed ones. All new students must include a copy of their baptismal information with their CCD registration. Registration will be done on a first come, first served basis for both re-registration and new registrations. Please turn in your forms by Labor Day. Late registrations will be processed after Open House. Registrations received after Labor Day will be assessed a $10.00 Late Fee. No registrations will be accepted after November 1 unless the child comes from an existing Religious Education program. For Summer CCD, registration should be sent in during the regular registration cycle. It must be received by April 1st before the summer of attendance. SPECIAL NOTE: Please remember that before a child begins sacramental preparation (First Reconciliation/First Communion), he/she needs to have been enrolled in two continuous years of religious education. Therefore, a child going into first grade this year needs to be enrolled in our program this year before beginning sacramental preparation next year. Also, a child planning to prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation must have completed Levels 7 & 8 (Pre-Confirmation.)
